Anja Staugaard Jensen heads Accura's Employment Law Team. She advises Danish as well as international clients. Anja has vast experience in advising all types of companies in connection with employment law issues and disputes of every kind. In particular, she engages in employment law issues relating to the transfer of undertakings, restructurings and reconstructions.

In addition, Anja's main areas of expertise includes all aspects of non-competition and non-solicitation clauses, from the initial work with the risk analysis of the company to the preparation of the relevant clauses and all aspects relating to the enforcement of such clauses. She also has vast experience in advising companies in connection with employees enjoying special statutory protection.

Sara Moro graduated in law at the Padova University in 1996 with full marks.After a two-year experience in an international law firm in New York, where she practiced commercial and company law, Sara joined the corporate department of the Milan office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in company law and mergers & acquisitions, and afterwards collaborated also with the Real Estate department.
In 2004 Sara joined LCA Lega Colucci and Associati, first as an associate and as a partner from 2008.

Sara practices company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and has matured a long-term experience in joint ventures and investment transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Sara assists domestic and foreign clients on a regular basis on corporate and commercial matters.

Maria Grazia, graduated cum laude from the University of Milan, is partner of LCA since 2013. In the previous years, she practiced in Studio Legale Palmigiano, law firm historically focused and specialized in Shipping and Transport Law.

In LCA she is in charge for the Transport and Insurance Law department. She is also the head of the Art Law Department and Family Law Department. Maria Grazia advises transport and logistic service providers as well as insurance companies, through general advice as well as litigation. She assists all the companies that are facing troubles related to transportation and logistics.

Melissa is a partner in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. She has experience representing public and private issuers and underwriters in offerings in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A, outside of the United States pursuant to Regulation S and SEC-registered equity offerings.

Pam Webster was born in Island Harbour, Anguilla, and is Managing Partner of WEBSTER. She is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.

Pam began her legal practice in Anguilla in 1986, as Crown Counsel for the Government of Anguilla, following which she established the firm now called WEBSTER. Her areas of expertise include International Taxation, Trusts, Estate Planning and Company Law. Her professional focus is on Governance and Sustainability Practices and she is now working towards increased transparency and good governance in Anguilla’s public institutions.

Dominique handles litigation cases and provides legal advice in commercial intermediation contracts, international sale contracts, construction law, etc. She also ensures legal assistance in the drafting of joint venture agreements in Belgium and abroad. Sylvia acts for a wide variety of clients in all real estate matters. Her practice encompasses all types of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale and financing of retail, commercial and industrial properties. She also provides advice on land development and acts for clients involved in the acquisition, investment, development and management of real property.

Sylvia assists her clients with all aspects of their real estate development projects and has negotiated and drafted all related agreements, in connection with the acquisition and development of properties throughout Ontario.

Sylvia's practice has a particular emphasis on commercial and retail facilities and shopping centre development. Hazel has over twenty years experience working in London, the Middle East and Australia and is qualified to practice in Australia and England and Wales. She specialises in shipping, offshore and international trade and related insurance matters.

Victoria practises in the area of commercial and corporate litigation with an emphasis on insolvency and reconstruction. She also co-leads Jackson McDonald’s team specialising in secured recoveries and enforcement of securities.

Victoria works with insolvency practitioners, directors and creditors in administrations, liquidations and receiverships. She is experienced in drafting and advising on deeds of company arrangement and advising and representing clients in relation to the various issues that arise in insolvencies.

Dr. Michelle Chen is a Squire Sanders’ London based partner. She is a dual England and China qualified lawyer specializes in China related cross border transactions.

Michelle previously served as an international law legal advisor to the Chinese central government and as Group Legal Counsel of a fortune 500 multi-national conglomerate responsible for its China operations. Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Michelle was the Head of China Practice for two well known international law firms based in London. Michelle has acted on a wide range of international cross border transactions with deal size ranging from multi-million to multi-billion pound.
