Nicolette Doherty is a graduate of the University of Kent, Canterbury, England and Georgetown University, Washington D.C, in the United States, where she obtained a BA in Law and a Masters Degree in International and Comparative Law.   She is a member of Middle Temple Inn of Court in London and is admitted to the Bar of England and Wales, Nigeria, and Antigua and Barbuda.  She is also a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and member of the Law Society and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in the United Kingdom.

Carol Lyons is a partner and co-chair of McMillan’s Financial Services Regulatory Group. She practices corporate and commercial law with an emphasis is on transactional work. Ella Foley Gannon is a member of Bingham’s Executive Board and is co-chair of the firm’s Environmental, Land Use and Natural Resources practice group. She was named a “Top Woman Lawyer” by the Daily Journal in 2013 and 2014. She is also recognized by Chambers USA for her environmental work and is noted for her “impressive knowledge of California and federal environmental laws and permitting processes, thoughtful advice and ability to forge strong relationships with regulators.”

She focuses her practice on federal and state environmental laws, natural resource permitting, and land use entitlements. She assists developers and landowners who undertake complex development projects, including renewable and traditional energy and transmission projects, as well as residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. She obtains and defends both land use entitlements and environmental permits.

Rebecca Fordon concentrates her practice in complex corporate restructuring matters and related litigation, both domestically and in cross-border contexts. She frequently represents official and ad hoc creditors' committees, bondholders, litigation trusts, indenture trustees and other interested parties in all aspects of Chapter 11 cases, financial fraud and mass tort related litigation, out-of-court restructuring transactions, and cross-border insolvency proceedings under Chapter 15.

Tania Kern is a member of the Paris Bar since 1997. She graduated from Strasbourg University where she studied Business and European Union Law. She also has a certificate of English legal studies from Leicester University, a master degree in English and American Business Law from the Sorbonne University and a master degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Assas University.

She acquired the title of Intellectual Property Specialist in 2002.She practiced one year with an attorney specialised in Intellectual Property litigation and than joined the IP Practice Group of Baker & McKenzie Paris where she was in charge of all kinds of IP litigations including trademarks, patents and designs infringements litigations.

Siân qualified at Travers Smith in 1996, and became a partner in 2003. Her experience covers the full range of employment law as well as corporate immigration issues and she advises on all aspects of employment litigation, including High Court actions.

Siân regularly provides diversity training to both HR professionals and line managers. She is also the partner responsible for diversity and inclusion at Travers Smith.
