She also has extensive experience in acquisitions (especially acquisitions of mining companies and plantation), capital market transactions, and corporate and commercial practices. Lorenza Langarica O'Hea has participated in structured financings, corporate, mergers and acquisitions matters, real estate and energy matters, including joint ventures and corporate and asset acquisitions, as well as tourist developments, with broad experience in representing domestic and international clients, regularly advising buyers, sellers, and investors in complex cross border merger and acquisition transactions, including the antitrust aspects of such transactions, as well as the purchase and sale of private companies, buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures in Mexican target companies. Ms Langarica O'Hea has been an integral part in several sales of highly valuable assets owned or controlled by Mexican governmental agencies.
