Ms. Ren was graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor degree of Law. She joined Beijing TianYuan Law firm as a lawyer in 1995 and served as the executive director and Managing Partner currently. She has served as the member of the 13th and 14th CPPCC in Xicheng District, Beijing, vice chairman of Xicheng District Youth Federation, vice president of the New Social Strata Sodality in Xicheng District, vice president of the 8th, 9th and 10th Female Lawyers Sodality of Beijing Lawyer Association, deputy director of the Bar application and assessment committee of Beijing Lawyer Association and the vice president of the Xicheng District Lawyer Association. She has also been an intern at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Field Fisher Waterhouse from June 2001 to May 2002。

Ms. Ren has in-depth professional research on legal issues related to real estate, cultural media, film and television, port and wharf construction, etc. In the field of real estate, Ren has rich experience in various real estate equity/asset acquisitions, real estate financing, primary land development, cross-border investment, pension real estate, urban renewal, stadium project, convention and exhibition center project, real estate PPP project, etc. In the field of cultural media, Ren has extensive experience in providing legal services in the fields of arts brokerage, film and television, music recording, variety show, cultural tourism real estate and cultural derivative industries.
Ms. Ren has provided legal services on investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions and daily business operation for China Resources Land limited, Sinotrans &CSC Holdings Co. Ltd, CCCC Dredging (Group) Company Limited, Sino-Ocean Land Co, Ltd and other large state-owned enterprises, listed companies, overseas companies and investment institutions. She had provided legal services for Mr. Guan Hu, one of the best Chinese directors, in the daily business operation of his medial company; provided legal service for Mr. Kris Wu in the matters concerning his performance, acting activities and the daily business operation of his medial company; provided legal services for G.E.M in the matters concerning her performance, acting activities and daily business operation of Hummingbird Music Limited(the brokerage firm of G.E.M), which has been highly praised and huge trusted by the clients and lawyers.
