Daniella has more than 15 years of experience in well-known Brazilian and international law firms, during which she represented companies of various nationalities in cross-border transactions of differing levels of complexity, such as mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure deals and corporate restructuring. She has also represented foreign companies and funds entering the Brazilian market, whether through acquisitions, investments in infrastructure or greenfield projects.
She is graduated in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio), 1996. Fluent in English.
Maria Carolina Bachur
Maria Carolina Bachur is a specialized tax lawyer and has extensive experience in tax advisory for national and multinational clients, comprising both strategic consulting and tax litigation. Her consulting experience covers clients in different economic fields regarding direct and indirect taxation. Her tax litigation experience focus on strategic disputes with Brazilian tax authorities, such as transfer pricing discussions. Maria Carolina also performs due diligences in tax matters and cooperates with tax structuring for mergers and acquisitions deals. Maria Carolina is also part of Lobo de Rizzo’s wealth planning team.
She is graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 2005; is a specialist in International Tax from Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Tributário (IBDT), 2008. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Mariana Miranda Lima
Mariana Miranda Lima is an expert in tax consultancy in different economic fields, focusing on direct and indirect taxes, taxation of national and international operations/transactions, tax planning in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mariana is also part of Lobo de Rizzo’s wealth planning team and her specialization also includes tax litigation.
She is graduated in Law from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), 2005; and master in Tax Law from the same university, 2009. Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Regina Gasulla Bouza
Regina is specialized in corporate law, and has handled many domestic and cross-border operations, representing national and foreign companies and foreign investors in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, and a wide range of corporate issues, including restructurings and disputes, as well as structuring and negotiating commercial contracts. She also has broad experience in advising companies on the regulations of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM). Regina is responsible for the pro bono services provided by our firm.
