Irena Gogl-Hassanin is a partner and an attorney at law at Benn-Ibler and has been a member of the Austrian Bar since 2009. Before joining Benn-Ibler, she gained vast finance and corporate law experience in renowned international business law firms in Vienna, Warsaw and London. She has a law degree from Vienna University and a Master of Laws degree from University College London.
She is also a lecturer on finance for aviation Master’s students of the FH Joanneum in Graz, Austria.
Irena’s work mainly specializes on matters in the fields of aviation law, asset finance and real estate finance and M&A transactions.
