These range from best practices in processing HR related personal data to drafting data protection and privacy policies. Isabel provides guidance to clients on GDPR compliance in HR matters.
She advises clients on all aspects of health and human resources management. Isabel assists in drafting up to date policies covering areas such as recruitment; promotion; good conduct; training; re-integrating employees with disability; absenteeism; alcohol and drugs; and deals with cases on psychosocial risks , discrimination and harassment.
She is Lector at the University of Ghent, in the social law department.
She regularly speaks at internal and external seminars on her practice and is a frequent publisher of contributions in HR and legal reviews.
She is member of the Editorial board of the law review “Tijdschrift Privacy en Persoonsgegevens” (Review privacy and data protection).
