Fanny Laune enjoys broad experience in commercial litigation (including insolvency proceedings), in addition to in-depth expertise in corporate/M&A.
She assists Belgian and international clients before the Belgian courts for all their commercial and corporate issues (notably shareholders’ disputes, commercial lease agreements, bankruptcy, judicial reorganisation proceedings, liquidation, etc.) and provides advice on these matters.
She is regularly featured in the press for her expertise in insolvency and restructuring (see her interview in Trends Talk on Canal Z on the judicial reorganisation procedure available here (in French)).
She is a teaching assistant in civil procedure at the Université Libre de Bruxeles since 2009 and, therefore, enjoys in-depth knowledge of this subject matter, which is highly valued by our clients.

Joan Carette

Manuela von Kuegelgen has drafted a complete recast of the Housing Code for the Bruxelles-Capitale Region (Brussels). The legislative ordinance has entered into force on 1 January 2018.
She was a teaching assistant at ULB from 1989 to 2007 in the law of obligations and contracts, and in security interests. She is still regularly invited to speak at training courses and seminars on real estate law and town and country planning law. She has also developed sound expertise on Book III of the new Civil Code on property law and gives expert seminars on this subject matter.
