Eliane de Vilder
Eliane graduated from Leiden University in 1986 and obtained an LL.M degree from Duke University School of Law, USA in 1987. Eliane successfully concluded the post-academic Grotius study program in IT law. She joined the international law firm NautaDutilh in 1987.
Eliane de Vilder concentrates on all aspects of information, communication and technology law. She advises clients on IT-related agreements, including both the entering into and the disentanglement of multinational outsourcing agreements. Eliane also assists clients with disputes on IT-related matters. and advises clients on E-commerce transactions. She also has substantial experience in negotiating agency, distribution and franchising agreements.
