Cecilia has broad experience in Peruvian Labour and Employment Law, Labour Procedure, Social Security and Immigration.
She specializes in the development of policies for the employment of national and foreign personnel, wages and working time management. In addition, she has successfully designed strategies for the transfer of personnel and termination of employment, and she has led teams for the auditing of large companies. She also provides advisory services in collective bargaining processes; she participates in labour inspections and litigates judicial proceedings.

She has been Professor of the Labour Law and Bankruptcy Law courses in the MBA Program of Universidad Privada César Vallejo, Professor of several courses in Labour Law at the Law School of Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and Professor of the Employment and Business Systems course in the Master Program in Corporate Law and Business Management at Universidad Privada del Norte.
