Born in Quito, Republic of Ecuador, on June 5th, 1977; Studied at the Catholic University of Ecuador and obtained titles as Licensed in Juridical Sciences and Attorney at Law.

 

Author of the thesis named “Priority as a Protection of Mining Concessions in Ecuador” and, I was redeem as assistant professorship on Civil Law; In the year 2005, I obtained my Master Degree in Business Law at the Francisco de Vitoria University of Madrid, Spain; Also I have attended to several courses and seminars of Community Law and Intellectual Property, The Judicial United States System, Law and Economy, Business in the International Marquet, Arbitration, Taxation Reform in Ecuador; Job Experience: (i) From October, 1997, to July, 1998 at the Probono Legal Office of the Catholic University. (ii) From October 1998 to February, 2002, at Serrano Puig Abogados Law Firm; (iii) From February 2002 to July 2002, at the Ecuadorian Intellectual Property Institute; and, (iv) Form August, 2002 to the present, at Tobar & Bustamante. Secretary of the Arbitration Tribunals of the Chamber of Commerce of Quito from 2002-2012.

 

My actual practice areas are Corporate Law, Civil Law, Administrative and Public Law, Labor, Litigation, and Intellectual Property.
