Sylvia acts for a wide variety of clients in all real estate matters. Her practice encompasses all types of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale and financing of retail, commercial and industrial properties. She also provides advice on land development and acts for clients involved in the acquisition, investment, development and management of real property.
Sylvia assists her clients with all aspects of their real estate development projects and has negotiated and drafted all related agreements, in connection with the acquisition and development of properties throughout Ontario.
Sylvia's practice has a particular emphasis on commercial and retail facilities and shopping centre development. She acts for major retail clients with respect to their acquisition, development and expansion of all types of retail facilities, including big box stores, urban infill projects, standalone units and shopping centres.
