Pam Webster was born in Island Harbour, Anguilla, and is Managing Partner of WEBSTER. She is a Notary Public and a Commissioner for Oaths.

Pam began her legal practice in Anguilla in 1986, as Crown Counsel for the Government of Anguilla, following which she established the firm now called WEBSTER. Her areas of expertise include International Taxation, Trusts, Estate Planning and Company Law. Her professional focus is on Governance and Sustainability Practices and she is now working towards increased transparency and good governance in Anguilla’s public institutions.

Pam is the Immediate Past President of the Anguilla Financial Services Association ("AFSA"), the private sector association responsible for shaping the jurisdiction's financial services industry, and is now Chair of its Ethics Committee. She is also the Chair of Anguilla Finance Limited.

Pam has been committed to Anguilla’s financial services industry for over twenty-five years and has lobbied successive Governments to develop the industry to increase its contribution to the sustainability of Anguilla's economy. She is a member of the Anguilla Bar Association and an active member of the International Bar Association. She enjoys membership in the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, and is a Past Director of the World Services Group a leading international network of lawyers, accountants, bankers and investment specialists. She also participates actively in Lex Mundi, the world's leading association of independent law firms, of which WEBSTER is the exclusive member for Anguilla.

Locally Pam is perhaps best associated with the Community for Change and Future Focus initiatives. She founded the Care Centre in Island Harbour in 2009 to provide an after-school care programme for children and sponsored the opening this year of another Care Centre in East End. She actively encourages all good citizens of Anguilla, especially our young people, to dream big and become involved in all areas of national development, including international financial services.
