Nicole Koulouroudia had been a Partner in one of the largest law firms in Cyprus engaging in corporate law and finance law matters with a general transaction portfolio stemming from restructuring groups of companies, high profile acquisitions and energy projects in the area of 8 Bln USD .
In the year 2011 she joined Joannou & Paraskevaides (overseas) Limited, and became the Head of Legal in 2014. She is responsible for the development and maintenance the Group’s legal framework, covering all aspects of operation, including the Group’s financing and bank facilities with major international and regional financial institutions, contractual (FIDIC), corporate/commercial law, employment law and general commercial contracts, government departments, public and financial institutions in the various countries of operation of the Company. She also advises major international banking projects and asset finance transactions and security structures with a particular expertise on syndication financing.
