Verena’s practice focuses on financial and operational restructurings in pre- and post-insolvency scenarios, in particular cross-border matters. She is also experienced in structured finance transactions, in particular asset-backed securitisations, in loan portfolio sales and acquisitions as well as in German insolvency administration.
Verena is a member of the German chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
