I am the partner in charge of the Labour and Employment Law Department of Moll Wendén. I am an expert in employment law, principally in strategic matters in the labour law and human resources areas. My customers appreciate me for being “highly professional”. (Legal 500).
My fields of expertise include advice on employment issues to national and multinational companies operating across a range of industries. I possess strong cross-border capabilities from working with employment law and industrial relations in the aviation sector. I give advice on employment matters arising from corporate transactions such as mergers and outsourcing etc. I have also managed numerous collective processes such as labour restructurings, collective layoffs, the modification, streamlining and unification of working conditions, termination of contracts, and corporate policies. Furthermore, I am the go-to expert on matters relating to corporate senior management and, specifically, hiring, termination processes and compensation systems.

I am a regular speaker at “HR Nordic”, labour law and tax seminars for HR professionals working cross border, hosted by Moll Wendén and PWC in Malmö and Copenhagen jointly.
I am a regular speaker at the labour law session of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of southern Sweden as well as a speaker at different HR forums.
In addition, Moll Wendén annually hosts six Labour Law Webinars for its customers, which I host together with my labour law colleagues.
