The packaging company Boxon continues to grow and has acquired 70 per cent of the Sweden-based label and systems company BEAB. The company's yearly turnover amounts to MEUR 10 and is located in Borås, Sweden with 45 employees.
The aim of this acquisition is to further broaden the overall offering in the field of packaging solutions. Boxon already offers advanced product identification solutions, such as inkjet- and laser marking, through its business area Boxon Mark. With the acquisition of BEAB, this business area will increase by MEUR 10 to a total turnover of MEUR 18.
Advokatfirman Lindahl assisted Boxon in the acquisition through Charlotta Hallgren (project manager), Svante Liljedahl, Linda Olsson and Magnus Ramberg (responsible partner).
