She’s been a labour lawyer for 13 years and created the labour law department of Sekri Valentin Zerrouk law firm in 2010. Before joining the firm as a partner, she practiced as a counsel at the firm Lefèvre Pelletier & Associés.
Emilie Meridjen-Mamane regularly advises private companies on day-to-day issues such as reorganization, collective bargaining, individual and collective labor litigation and human resources auditing, litigation.
She has developed an expertise in labour law aspects of restructuring and external growth projects.
As a result of the perfect synergy between her capabilities in labor law and public business law, she has developed special expertise in the area of labor law involving public-sector economic entities.
She has a highly developed litigation practice before all jurisdictions called upon to hear labor law cases (industrial relations tribunals, district and regional courts, courts of appeal, Social Security courts and administrative tribunals).
Emilie Meridjen-Mamane conducts regular training courses on the latest developments in labor law, and for corporations, on awareness of the requirements of labor law for management teams.
