Indira frequently advises on multi-million dollar transactions. Recent experience includes advising Delancey, the specialist real estate investment and advisory company, on its US$892 million acquisition of the London Olympic Village as a joint venture with Qatari Diar and advising the borrower in a real estate financing involving VTB France (S.A.) and Lesnaya Plaza in Moscow.
In 2010 Indira advised on BVI elements of the acquisition of Pactiv Corporation by Reynolds Group for approximately US$4.6 billion and continues to advise the Reynolds Group on a regular basis. She is described by Chambers as being ”consistently available at short notice, unflappable and dependable”.
Indira joined Harneys in 1998 and practised in the firm's BVI office for 10 years before relocating to London where she is now based. She became a partner in 2011.
