Maria Grazia, graduated cum laude from the University of Milan, is partner of LCA since 2013. In the previous years, she practiced in Studio Legale Palmigiano, law firm historically focused and specialized in Shipping and Transport Law.
In LCA she is in charge for the Transport and Insurance Law department. She is also the head of the Art Law Department and Family Law Department. Maria Grazia advises transport and logistic service providers as well as insurance companies, through general advice as well as litigation. She assists all the companies that are facing troubles related to transportation and logistics.
She is member of AIAF, Italian Association for Families and Children, and in this area she provides general legal advice and assistance before the Juvenile Court as well as the Ordinary Court. She also deals with alternative dispute resolution and litigation, being admitted to practice also before the Supreme Court (“Corte di Cassazione”).
Maria Grazia, fond of contemporary art, is one of the founding members of ACACIA, Associazione Amici Arte Contemporanea, and she has assisted clients in auction- sales of art collections.She advises collectors, artists, art galleries, museums and organisations. Married with Claudio, lawyer and journalist, she’s got two children: Matteo and Francesca.
