Melissa is a partner in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. She has experience representing public and private issuers and underwriters in offerings in the United States pursuant to Rule 144A, outside of the United States pursuant to Regulation S and SEC-registered equity offerings.
She has extensive experience in sovereign advisory work, particularly in emerging and frontier markets.
