Sara Moro graduated in law at the Padova University in 1996 with full marks.After a two-year experience in an international law firm in New York, where she practiced commercial and company law, Sara joined the corporate department of the Milan office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, specializing in company law and mergers & acquisitions, and afterwards collaborated also with the Real Estate department.
In 2004 Sara joined LCA Lega Colucci and Associati, first as an associate and as a partner from 2008.
Sara practices company law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and has matured a long-term experience in joint ventures and investment transactions, both domestic and cross-border. Sara assists domestic and foreign clients on a regular basis on corporate and commercial matters.
Sara deals with all related aspects of real estate transactions, and in particular with the acquisitions of real estate portfolios and hotel management and operating agreements. Recently Sara took part in the launch of the new art law department of LCA, combining both her passion for contemporary art and her knowledge of art law. Sara is fluent in English.
