Rizichi is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Commercial and Employment Departments at Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Incorporated. She has experience in advising clients on various complex and diverse areas such as general corporate matters ,mergers and acquisition (“M&A”) and employment law,. In the course of her practice, she has had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from diverse industries ranging from established private equity and venture capitalist funds, startups looking to set up within the Jurisdiction as well as those looking to expand their portfolios, multinational companies with branches or subsidiaries in Kenya and intergovernmental organisations. Rizichi has developed a strong skill set and provides cutting edge legal advice to clients in industries including but not limited to telecommunications, fintech, education, private equity, venture capital, retail, alternative fuel resources, insurance as well as the service industry.
The Legal 500 EMEA 2024 and 2023 editions recognized Rizichi for her exemplary work in the area of Employment Law. Further Rizichi was nominated and shortlisted in the category “Young Lawyer of the Year” by the Nairobi Legal Awards 2023.
