Annemarijke Bach Kolling obtained a law degree in 2001 at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. She started her career as an attorney at the Amsterdam office of the international law firm Allen & Overy. In 2006 Annemarijke moved to Curaçao and became an attorney at Spigthoff, a commercial law firm with offices in the Netherlands and Curaçao, and built a solid litigation and employment practise. She became a partner of the firm (currently named Spigt Dutch Caribbean) in 2010. On 1 January 2015 Annemarijke founded her own firm: Bach Kolling Mediation & Law.
Annemarijke has experience in a wide range of corporate, commercial law and employment law-related matters. Within these areas of law, Annemarijke has particular experience in the field of (cross-border) litigation, high-end employment disputes and restructurings.
