Bianca Da Costa practices both civil and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution in the Johannesburg office with a focus on construction law.
Recognized as a Next Generation in the 2017 edition of Legal 500 EMEA for her expertise in Dispute Resolution, Bianca has expertise in arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution procedures, urgent applications (including to the Supreme Court of Appeal) in respect of disputes pertaining to construction and engineering, insolvency and liquidation and general civil and commercial litigation, as well as drafting and reviewing of agreements.
She also appears before the Magistrate Courts and instituted civil appeals to the full bench of the High Court as well as to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
Fasken has had an established presence in Africa for over 130 years, with the founding partner in South Africa commencing practice as an attorney in Grahamstown in 1879 before moving to Johannesburg in 1886.
