Lorenza Langarica O'Hea has participated in structured financings, corporate, mergers and acquisitions matters, real estate and energy matters, including joint ventures and corporate and asset acquisitions, as well as tourist developments, with broad experience in representing domestic and international clients, regularly advising buyers, sellers, and investors in complex cross border merger and acquisition transactions, including the antitrust aspects of such transactions, as well as the purchase and sale of private companies, buyouts, joint ventures and divestitures in Mexican target companies. Ms Langarica O'Hea has been an integral part in several sales of highly valuable assets owned or controlled by Mexican governmental agencies.

Cecilia has broad experience in Peruvian Labour and Employment Law, Labour Procedure, Social Security and Immigration.

Lesley leads the private client team at Penningtons Manches LLP.  After studying for a modern history degree at Oxford, she turned to the law, joined the firm as an articled clerk in 1972, qualified in 1975, and became a partner in 1978.

Renata Moreira Lima holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a Post-Graduate degree in International Business Law from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP-SP), and a Master’s Degree  (LL.M.) in Law from the University of Michigan, U.S.A., Renata was member of Mayer Brown LLP in Chicago, U.S.A., and Rulli & Moretti Advogados. Arabella is Managing Partner of Maples and Calder's BVI office, and head of the BVI litigation and trusts practice groups.  She specialises in complex international commercial litigation, including insolvency, distressed funds, shareholder issues, asset tracing, trust disputes, insurance and reinsurance, professional negligence and contractual claims.  She has considerable arbitration and mediation experience and is a solicitor-advocate.

Alison heads the DWF Aviation team and has over 25 years' experience in aviation, asset finance and leasing, acting for operators, owners, financiers, lessors and lessees in relation to all aspects of the leasing, financing, acquisition and disposal of new and used large commercial jet aircraft, business jet aircraft and aircraft engines, including all commercial agreements relating to their operation.

Mireille Buydens heads with Hans Dhondt the Intellectual Property and IT Practice at Janson Baugniet. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in the field of patents, trademarks and copyright with extensive experience in complex IP transactions.
