I was one of the founders of Eversheds, the Netherlands, in 2002. I am a partner in the Corporate / M&A / Restructuring group. Over the past years I have acted in a number of complex, multi-jurisdictional, transactions, restructurings and corporate matters mainly for UK, US and Dutch clients. I am an active member of the Eversheds International M&A Group and the International Diversified Industrials Group. I am mentioned in the Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 during 2010 – 2015.
