Maria has been with M&T for more than 13 years. She has been dealing with various financing transactions involving foreign and local banks. She also has extensive experience in acquisitions (especially acquisitions of mining companies and plantation), capital market transactions, and corporate and commercial practices. Due to her experience in acquisitions of mining companies, Maria has been a speaker at some International events.
Her recent transactions are assisting Indonesian State Owned Banks and foreign banks in providing financing to a State owned company, more than 30 banks in providing finicing to one of the biggest mining companies in Indonesia, and assisting a Group of companies in the acquisition process of some Indonesian plantation companies.
In her practice she has represented pharmaceutical companies, State owned companies/banks, (local and foreign) banks and other type of companies.
