Nationwide conference speaker on labour law matters, professor in the Labour Law Specialization programme at the Universidad Javeriana. Barrister before the Ordinary Labour Jurisdiction and member of the Colegio de Abogados Laboralistas (Labour Lawyers’ Association) and member of the International Bar Association (IBA)
Mrs. Carrion has a vast experience in collective bargaining with the unions of the financial, commercial, mining and services industries.
Additionally, she has been awarded since 2014 by the prestigious Chambers and Partners firm, as a leader in the area as a Band 4 lawyer in the field of Labour Law and Social Security in Colombia
