Anuradha has a private practice in New Delhi focussed on White Collar Crime / Investigations and Dispute Resolutions. She advises international law firms and foreign multinationals, banks and other financial institutions investigating into the affairs of their subsidiaries or joint ventures in India. She also represents them in arbitration/ litigation over a wide spectrum of disputes whether with regulators, employees or third parties in High Courts, tribunals and other fora in India.
Prior to setting up her own practice, Anuradha worked with top tier law firms in India and, also in USA. She was also in-house counsel with STAR TV, part of Newscorp group in Mumbai.
Anuradha has been consistently listed as a recognized practitioner in White Collar Crime by Chambers and Partners (UK).
Anuradha graduated in law from Delhi University (1994) and, then obtained scholarships to do her Masters of Law from both UK (1997) and USA (2006).
