Dr. Annett Kuhli practices law as partner with Kantenwein in Munich since 2003 as part of the commercial dispute resolution team. She is qualified as an attorney at law (Rechtsanwaeltin), a tax consultant (Steuerberaterin) and a lawyer specialized in tax law (Fachanwaeltin für Steuerrecht).
Annett is fluent in German and English and speaks Russian and Swedish.
Due to her knowledge and experience as a tax consultant, Annett is regularly recommended in arbitral proceedings concerning tax issues and/or disputes about financial or accounting issues. Further, she focuses on disputes with a post-M&A angle as well as disputes with an energy related background, specifically price adjustments of long-term-contracts or warranty claims.
