Jane Gooding is a partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP, a management-side labour and employment boutique law firm. Jane was called to the Bar in 2006 after graduating from Western University with an LL.B. Prior to attending law school, Jane obtained her Honours B.Sc. in Biology (Dean’s Honour List) from McMaster University.
Jane regularly provides advice and advocacy to both public and private sector clients in the areas of workplace and administration law. Jane has extensive experience representing employers in respect of collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, wrongful dismissals, human rights, disability management and occupational health and safety issues.
