Maria’s practice focuses on M&A and company law, including cross-border restructurings, national and cross-border mergers, due diligence, contract documentations and negotiations, and post-merger integration activities. She is also experienced in corporate law, corporate compliance, shareholder agreements, data privacy law and Swedish foundations.
Maria has broad and comprehensive experience of advising privately held as well as public companies with various M&A, corporate and contract law related questions.
