Anne-Sophie’s practice is devoted to business finance and restructuring. She advises French and international companies and funds on all aspects of restructuring law, including out-of-court debt and share capital restructurings, prepackaged chapter-11 restructurings, distressed M&A transactions and insolvency proceedings. Her practice encompasses counselling, litigation and transactional matters.
She has recently advised the Necotrans and Foraco groups on their financial restructuring.
She is a member of the Association du Retournement des Entreprises, Insol Europe and Insol International.
She graduated from HEC Business School with a Master in Law (2004). She also graduated with Honors from a Master in International Tax Law (2004) and a Master in Business Law (2005) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
She is fluent in French, English and Spanish
The four founding partners of BDGS Associés include three partners from Gide– Antoine Bonnasse, Youssef Djehane and Jean-Emmanuel Skovron – and Antoine Gosset-Grainville, a former partner at Gide, who left to become Deputy Director of the Cabinet of Prime Minister François Fillon. Marc Loy, a former Partner at Linklaters, additionally joined the firm in July 2014.
