Cécile Rechstein is a Partner in the Investment Management department of Chevalier & Sciales. Her professional experience covers the entire investment management value chain from a legal, operational and regulatory perspective.
Her business experience over the last 15 years covers area such as structuring of investment funds (either regulated or not), legal and compliance issues, assisting clients regarding corporate restructuring or other areas of laws intertwined with the fund industry always with the view of finding a tailor-made solution.
Cécile advises and represents both international and local clients on the structuring and organization of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles across all asset classes with a particular focus on alternative strategies (including private equity, infrastructure and real estate). Following the launch of the fund Cécile offers on-going assistance in relation to investments, divestments, liquidation and general issues arising throughout the life time of the funds with always a client-oriented vision.
