I am specializing in corporate, M&A and commercial transactions. I have extensive experience in advising companies active in a wide range of industries on M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, I have worked as a lawyer in the corporate/M&A team of Linklaters LLP and of Quinz and I have gained experience as in-house legal counsel in the real estate and sports industry.
I hold a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Ghent (2001-2006, Magna Cum Laude) and a Complimentary Master’s degree “Master 2 Recherche, Droit de l’Union Européenne” from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2006-2007, Cum Laude).
I’m fluent in Dutch, French and English.
