Myriam graduated from Paris II – Panthéon Assas University, where she gained a postgraduate degree in Business Law, and a Master in Litigation, Arbitration and ADR. She also owes a LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London.
Myriam is a member of the Paris Bar. After taking the oath in 2009, she joined the litigation team of the Paris office of the law firm Hogan Lovells. She joined Reinhart Marville Torre in 2011, where she was appointed Counsel in 2018.
Over the last 10 years, Myriam has assisted a wide range of French, foreign and global companies in commercial litigations (in particular, those related to non-performance and premature termination of contracts), post-acquisition and shareholder disputes.
Myriam is regularly involved in unfair competition cases involving evidence gathering (based on Article 145 of the Civil Procedure Code) and/or emergency proceedings.
She has experience in cross-border disputes and international law issues, whether they relate to the determination of the court having jurisdiction, the choice of applicable law or the enforcement of foreign judgments in France.
Myriam also regularly assists banking and financial establishments, as well as investment services providers, facing liability claims.
