Ms. Pallavi Bedi is a Partner at L&L Partners [formerly Luthra & Luthra Law Offices] and specializes in the area of Projects and Project Finance.
Pallavi focuses on Power, Oil & Gas (including LNG), Renewable Energy, Mining and Project Financing. In addition, she has also been involved with other Infrastructure Projects on PPP basis such as Railways, Airports and Urban Infrastructure.
Pallavi has advised on diverse Energy projects, such as Power projects (both Conventional & Renewable Energy), LNG Projects (including LNG sale & purchase agreements), Mining projects (including mining agreements and offtake agreements), upstream developments (including on Production sharing Contracts and Joint Operating Agreements) and PPP projects (including drafting model concession agreements).
She has been advising domestic and international borrowers & lenders on multiple Project Finance deals. In addition, she advises clients on concession agreements, gas sale & purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, off take agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning) contracts, and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contracts in relation to diverse projects.
Prior to joining L&L in April 2017, Pallavi was an Equity Partner at JSA. She has also previously worked with Mayer Brown International LLP at their London office, with a specific focus on Project Finance.
Pallavi has been recognized by Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific and Chambers & Partners Global in 2015, 2016 and 2020 for the Projects, Infrastructure & Energy practice.
