Natalia Fernández specializes in competition law, intellectual property, data protection, and technology. She has extensive experience representing national and international companies in litigation and administrative investigations. Natalia also advises clients on transaction notifications and pre-evaluation requests before the national competition authority in merger control cases. Likewise, she assesses clients for the management of intangible assets.
Prior to joining Cuatrecasas, Natalia worked at Colombia’s Superintendency of Industry and Commerce and leading Colombian law firms.
She has lectured on business and competition law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, teaching at both the undergraduate level and in specialized programs. Natalia is an active member of professional organizations, including the Colombian Competition Law Association, and contributes to conferences and publications in her areas of expertise.
