after working with Schima Mayer Starlinger for about 2,5 years. Previously she had been working with the former firm Kunz Schima Wallentin Rechtsanwälte GmbH as a lawyer since 2007 (with a brake of one year while she was working with Schönherr Attorneys at law).

With taking over the lead of the employment law practice at DSC, Natalie Hahn is now one of the few female lawyers in Austria who is head of a department of a commercial law firm. The passionate runner, tennis player and skier is also the mother of two five- and six-year-old boys and can therefore be a role model for young, rising female lawyers in so far as Natalie Hahn has proven and demonstrated that a career as a lawyer and the wish to have children can be combined successfully.
