Rosie Ng is a Consultant in HFW’s Insurance & Reinsurance Group and Commercial Litigation Group. Prior to joining HFW, she was a partner in a leading international law firm. She heads the insurance practice in Hong Kong. She has over 20 years professional experience in London and Hong Kong.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from University College London and is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
Rosie’s main practice comprises of advising policyholders, insurers and reinsurers, and intermediaries on all aspects of insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution. In particular, she advises on issues relating to D&O, professional indemnity, commercial crime, fidelity, employment practice liability, product liability, business interruption and construction-related insurance. She also provides insurance regulatory advice and advises on policy wordings and product development.
She is a seasoned commercial litigator having conducted a broad range of multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes to include shareholders’ disputes, regulatory defence work and complex negligence and contractual claims.
