Sofía Nievas has degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and is currently an associate at Grasty Quintana Majlis since 2015.
Her practice is principally focused on corporate law, M&A, finance, as well as in the implementation of patrimonial restructurings.
In the academic aspect, Sofía served as a research assistant in the Administrative Economic Law Program of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and assistant professor of the Administrative Law course in the same University.
She has a Diploma on Natural Resources and Energy Law, with a mention in Mining Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Postgraduate degree in Economics and Finance from the Universidad de Chile.
