Sofia Olsson’s main practice focuses on real estate transactions, involving both share and asset based transactions. Sofia provides advice to real estate companies in relation to all issues concerning the sale, purchase, development, letting and management of properties. In addition, Sofia has extensive experience from private equity and debt financing, structured financing, real estate financing and acquisition financing. Sofia further frequently advices both bank and corporate clients on matters related to financial reconstructions.
Sofia is a member of the board of the Swedish Bar Association as well as a member of the board of one of the local divisions of the Swedish Bar Association.
Sofia holds a law degree (LL M, 1994) from Lund University
