She advises clients on IT-related agreements, including both the entering into and the disentanglement of multinational outsourcing agreements. Eliane also assists clients with disputes on IT-related matters. and advises clients on E-commerce transactions. She also has substantial experience in negotiating agency, distribution and franchising agreements.
