A non-profit public benefit organization launched by Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook, in conjunction with the publication of her book "Lean In: Women, Work & the Will to Lead." LeanIn.org is dedicated to promoting a better dialogue about the challenges women face in the workplace and thus encouraging women to pursue their ambitions.

The Baker & McKenzie team was led by partner, Ai Ai Wong and her team, associates Daryl Liu, Ting Xiao Hui and Alex Tan. The team had lead responsibility in drafting and negotiating the transaction, and worked with Indonesian counsel Indah Respati of Hadiputranto, Hadinoto and Partners on local matters.
