Heather Irvine, head of the African competition law team at international legal practice, Norton Rose, is one of Global Competition Review's 100 Women in Antitrust 2013, a survey which profiles successful women in the field of competition law from jurisdictions across the world every four years.
Heather Irvine commented:
“I am delighted to be included in such an amazing group of women. This is a testament to the quality of competition work that we do at Norton Rose and the backing of an excellent team.”
Rob Otty, managing director at Norton Rose in South Africa said:
“We are very proud of Heather who has accomplished so much in her career already. Heather is a strong player in a space that requires solid international expertise and outstanding ability and this accolade is no surprise to us.”
Heather is also the only lawyer in Africa recognised recently as one of the world's 40 leading competition law practitioners aged under 40 in Global Competition Review’s "40 under 40" survey.
