Sara has 14 years’ experience of advising Swedish and multinational corporations as well as high-net-worth individuals on Swedish and international income tax issues.
Sara’s experience includes advising on the full array of corporate tax activities including M&As and corporate reorganisations and compliance and “day-to-day matters”.
Sara has, moreover, a broad experience of advising on tax issues related to all types of financial instruments, incentive programs and fund structuring.
Sara has worked with clients within all type of sectors but with a special experience within the real estate and FMCG sector.
Sara is co-author of a book on Swedish taxation of financial instruments (“Skatt på finansiella instrument”).
