Susanne Thonemann-Micker, LL.M., is a partner and managing director of the law firm S & P Söffing Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, which specializes in tax law, with offices in Düsseldorf, Munich and Zurich. Her consulting focus is on national and international asset and company succession planning as well as foundation and foundation tax law. In addition, she regularly conducts proceedings before tax courts and the Federal Finance Court. Susanne Thonemann-Micker publishes in various journals and lectures in her areas of expertise. She is a member of the Tax Law Committee of the German Bar Association and of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
