She has experience in various cross border transactions across sectors including energy, IT & ITES, automotives, education, healthcare, hospitality, foods and logistics.
Charandeep is engaged in diverse corporate practice advising clients on labour issues and enforcement issues, regulatory policy and requirements, prevailing government policies and regulations, statutory registrations, exchange control issues, investment structuring and corporate compliance.

Kosturi specializes in advising multinational clients on their entry into India – advising on commercial, regulatory and strategic matters. She has assisted various companies, including several highly regulated entities, on setting up processes and procedures to ensure compliance in India. She has also conducted FCPA and UKBA trainings in conjunction with global compliance teams for the Indian employees and participated in investigations and audits for non-compliances. Kosturi regularly advises on multinational and domestic clients on M&A and joint ventures. She has also advised various companies and investment funds on structuring investments and exit options, conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documentation.
