María Rosa Rodríguez Gutiérrez
María Rosa is the Head of the Labor Department in Madrid. She specializes in Labor and Social Security law, advising companies, multinational corporations and senior executives, with particular dedication to litigation practice. She is an expert in collective bargaining as well as collective processes, employment management, corporate restructuring, company policies and remuneration systems.
She was highlighted as a relevant advisor by the international legal directory Best Lawyer (labor law and employment). Yolanda Jiménez de Anta
Practicing lawyer since 1995 specialized in Health and Pharmaceutical Law. She has extensive experience in legal advice to hospital centers and in national and international consulting of health systems and health management. Yolanda’s work is especially focused on the sale of medicines and health products, in the framework of both public contracts and private contracts, having developed much of her career in advising on this matter.
She is a specialist in advising the generation of innovation, its valorization, the transfer of technology and the generation of new products, services and business models in the biotechnological field. She also has extensive experience in public services management and in advising public entities, non-profit institutions and private companies in the corporate and contractual fields, as well as Administrative and Regulatory Law. With the highest and most extensive experience in tax advice to companies, Blanca is responsible for recurrent integral taxation of national and multinational companies. She often advises on corporate restructuring and M&A, having participated in numerous real estate transactions.
She has great expertise in the specific tax law of public and parapublic bodies, as well as non-profit entities.
She also specializes in the tax planning of the wealth of natural persons.

Blanca is a consulting partner of the firm since 2019. She has more than 20 years of experience in the practice of intellectual and industrial property law (intellectual property rights, trademarks, patents and designs), advertising, unfair competition, privacy, honor and own image, and contracting of technological services, platforms or digital businesses (software contracts, technology transfer, advertising and online marketing), both in the field of civil litigation and in the provision of legal advice to companies and individuals.
